Saltire Estate

We visited Saltire Estate for the first time and WOW what an amazing experience. The estate is in a beautiful setting with amazing views and we even saw kangaroos too. What made the experience memorable was the great service by Jaymes. His knowledge about the winery, wines, Hunter valley was exceptional. The wines were great too and some of the best we have tasted in the Hunter valley. Would highly recommend a visit to Saltire. Just had an absolute awesome wine tasting experience at Saltire Estate. James, our host was totally amazing. He was Extremely knowledgeable and an exceptionally good story and history teller. The wine selections were wonderful and tasted first class. Whilst seated for the tasting the outlook was very expansive, beautiful and relaxing. We would highly recommend visiting Saltine as part of your Hunter Valley experience. If you are lucky, your host will be James. Thank you James for your wonderful hospitality. We now have a new favourite winery in the Hunter.

Krista was absolutely fantastic !! Her attention to detail and knowledge was insane!! Could not recommend her enough - please ask for her if you book the signature wine tasting you will not regret it! Genuinely learnt so so so much from her today and will be back!! Krista was phenomenal, shes so insanely passionate about what she does and it shows in many many ways. Ive done a few wine tastings before and it will never come close to this experience, her descriptions were scary accurate and her hospitality skills are out of this world. highly recommend this beautiful winery and Krista. I had an exceptional experience thanks to our wine host (Jaymes) , who was the perfect blend of patience, knowledge, and genuine hospitality. They do wine tasting , beer tasting .. and cocktail tasting. Highly recommend visiting this winery ! And we learnt about Scottish heritage!
