Relaxing, friendly people, well kept park. New amenities and modern laundry, potable water for your van, bird life, don't feed the geese or water hens or they'll hound you and poop on your matts. go carts, paint ball, speed bowl, kids playground etc, free bbqs, Coal trains pass by 24/7 but not annoying to me, i like them. No swimming or water sports unfortunately. Powered sites from 30.00, unpowered 10.00. 15km from Muswellbrook for shopping. I spent 2 weeks and will return. AND rock climbing !

Very tranquil unpowered camping area to the left, as you come in. $10pp unpowered. Unfortunately the water is contaminated, so no water activities or fishing. Bird life in abundance though. Basic toilets and showers.

An unexpected nice find. So much to do here - Rock wall climbing, paintball, go cart or simply sit by the lake and enjoy the view. Until the geese found us and hassled us for for food.

We have stayed for two nights, all I can say wow it's beautiful, peaceful and watching the swans ducks geese is amazing. The shower block is fantastic and one of the best showers I ever had. $8.00 per person senior no power no water
