Nice park. Good picnic tables. Clean toilets. Easy parking for people travelling with caravans. Check out the sculpture of the horse and foal.

Nice park with covered picnic areas, plenty of rubbish bins and clean toilets. Nice fenced off kiddies play area. Statue of mare and foal, icons of Scone, and a bust statue of Capt John Hunter RN famous in the history of Hunter Valley.

ANTS! I didn't even sit down just stood on the grass for a minute or two to stretch my legs and then walked over to the info /map sign to read it and promptly hopped back into the car only to see my legs were covered in black ants that bite.

I love this small park. I sat here twice today to get some sunshine. There are enough chairs and tables for picnic. Restrooms are also clean and well maintained.
