Raworth Dog Off-Leash Area is a fenced off-leash space with established shade trees and a straightforward grassed layout. It's adjacent to a playground with picnic tables, making it workable for families. The park is generally well-maintained and the fencing provides good containment. As with any popular off-leash park, conditions can vary depending on which dogs are there — a handful of visitors have noted occasional issues with poorly controlled dogs, so it's worth visiting at quieter times if your dog is more sensitive.

Dog rules

At first I loved it here, as a frequent visitor with two dogs I look after during the day. BUT recently there have been a few occasions where the dogs have almost been attacked, one man had to pull his dog off mine with his collar as he was stood over him and frothing at the mouth, we left straight after. Another similar incident happened where I had to intervene as the owner didn't correct her dog and again had to leave. Then both dog owners (on seperate occasions) visited and both dogs got attacked. There are lots of very kind caring people with really beautiful dogs- just I won't risk it now which is a shame as when it was good, the dogs loved going. (For context, the dogs I have is a Beagle cross which is so laid back and friendly, not reactive at all and a cobberdog puppy who hasn't got a viscous bone in him.)

Nice playground with several picnic tables with shade. Shade over some of the equipment but park can get quite hot on the flying fox and swing on a hot day. Fenced dog park next door the the play equipment. Toilets and bubbler on site.

The best place to take our dogs to socialize and play. Really handy to have a sectioned off area for bigger and smaller dogs. The people and community are very friendly and supportive. Good facilities including bins, water bowl taps and agility sets.
