THE best customer service and great coffee. So welcoming, First time! My daughter wanted a browny that wa a huge so the lady cut in half just for her. Second time I was even parked out the front as my babies were asleep and I called to place my order and the lady offered to bring out to my car. It’s the little things that means so much. Very happy I found my cafe in my new area 🥰

Stopped here for breakfast when on a ride weekend, the coffee was great lovely and hot, great food- delicious and a quick turnaround

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. We came here for my birthday and let me tell you it was AMAZING! both hubby and I got the big breakfast, a chicken and bacon toastie to share and the mango juices and a butterscotch latte and it was 10/10 $100 got us 3 juices, 1 iced coffee 2 massive servings of big breakfast with added items and a toastie. The staff were amazing and it was overall an amazing experience. Definitely will recommend Ink and we will be returning soon!!

Lovely cafe, warm people, sense of community. Everyone on the ball. Nice food & quick service! I made a mistake with our order & they corrected it at no cost which was above and beyond.

Nice spot for a busy main street cafe. Good options for sitting inside or out. Service attentive and focused due to the lovely people that get your order done in a timely manner. Coffee is just right, nice aroma & great flavour. Food offer is what you might expect nothing pretentious. Specials board always a go to. Recommend you drop in if your visiting Cessnock. The locals already know this a good spot. If your a visitor make a point of dropping in.
