What people say
Food here is awesome. We really enjoyed everything we had. View is also great. They also offer a free shuttle bus, so we can enjoy our wine.
Service was Amazing, the restaurant was a little loud the wonderful team arranged for us to move tables outside no problem at all, truly appreciated. The team were delightful friendly and prompt service. Food was outstanding flavours Amazing. Venue is lovely could do with some up up keep. However service and food we will be back.
We first dined at Twine a month ago as it was my sons choice for his 35th birthday. The food was so delicious we decided to come again with the in-laws. The flavors in every meal were outstanding! The deserts are a must so make sure you leave plenty of room. We recommend the bread board starter, the bread was crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The balsamic and dukkah dip with the olives are a perfect start. I had the 18 hour Bourbon beef Brisket both times and will definitely order again.Other favourites were the slow roast lamb shoulder, duck breast, confit chicken and crispy skin salmon. For deserts the crème Brûlée sold out! We had the Belgian chocolate tart, Rose Vanilla panna cotta (my sons fav), the Red Wine & Cinnamon poached pear was such a massive hit that we tried to recreate the recipe at home! My fav was the Mango sorbet. The only ‘non-fav’ from all the wonderful food was the Gin & Tonic cheesecake but that was a gamble as we had never tried anything like it before and why not try new things when eating out. Also highly recommend the Tamburlaine Moscato especially for a celebration. We ended up going an buying a dozen for Xmas parties 🤣❤️We all loved how it was a smaller more intimate restaurant as it meant we could all talk without yelling and my FIL who is hard of hearing could also enjoy the conversation. Car park is at the front door with easy access to the restaurant for walkers or wheelchairs. The view is magical and the entire atmosphere has us wanting to come back time and time again. Lunch or dinner this is a must if you’re in the Hunter Valley
The ambience of the restaurant was great, surrounded by a beautiful winery. We are on holiday from overseas, and after tasting the food and the wine, we had no regrets booking this place for dinner. Highly recommended if you are coming to Hunter Valley for a weekend getaway.
Thank you Twine for a truly beautiful dining experience. Absolutely delicious! Lovely vistas. Pleasant atmosphere and well spaced tables. Easy access to the restaurant. We definitely will be returning! The staff were so welcoming and engaging. Highly recommend!
