Kurri Kurri Hotel

Was down visiting my family from qld. Had a sirloin steak here…. Twice actually, because I came back after the first meal, Best steaks I’ve had for a long time and totally unexpected from a pub. And I only say that because my experience of a pub meal is not usually a restaurant quality meal, Bloody beautiful. Needless to say. I will be back,….. with others. 👍

Had dinner here. Not too bad. Had the fish and chips and a chicken burger. Staff very friendly. They have the meat tray raffles on Thursday night. The speakers are bit loud in dining room but otherwise great atmosphere.

Well it’s been a long time coming to go back to this pub 30 odd years. Wow it great to see how nice it looks after renovations. Well done to the owners the place looks amazing and the food was excellent it was very busy on Mother’s Day but it was worth the wait. To all the staff at this great old pub keep up the good work. I did forget to take some photos of our meals so I will have to go back.

This historic hotel established in 1904 is re-established. The wood work , interior speaks of a bygone era. The food is amazing! The photos , the fireplace and the whole hotels makes u think - u have step back in time. I would love to come back again …

How utterly wonderful that this glorious iconic old historical Hunter pub (designed by the same architect as Qirkz in the Hunter, The Neath, and other classic local watering holes) has been given this incredible new lease on life!! * brilliant renovation - comfortable, up-market but not up-itself! * great thoughtful range of beers (and wines) and icy-cold as a beer should be! * really friendly warm down-to-earth staff throughout the building! * the food - wow!!! Best burgers we've had in a looong time, premium ingredients, salmon dish is outstanding, kids meals also great! Thought and talent has gone into this menu - and it was executed perfectly on both our visits! Heartily and enthusiastically recommended, and most heartfelt congratulations on nailing every aspect of the experience!
