Quality take away coffee in a quiet shopping village of the mainstretch. A valuable detour off the highway for a caffeine boost to fuel the country journey

For a lot of us that don’t want to go into town kicks provides a convenient place to grab n go. A bit pricier than others but that covers the convenience.

Today I had a not so pleasant experience when ordering coffee. I ordered in front of 3 customers and I had to wait after them before it was my turn for coffee. Ok. I can understand that today is the weekend, there are more customers so they are busy. The previous customer was very kind and reminded the barista that I was waiting. And I thought I'd have my coffee right after that. But no, a new woman happily received a cup of coffee in her hand. She must have felt that today was a great Saturday when she just ordered and received the drink. I also feel a little happy because she is happy, but I'm not happy because of the staff's meaningless apology.

Bought two coffees. One was Luke warm and awful, I can’t even relate to the taste but McDonald’s would be the preference over this muddy water. the other was below average, bitter to the taste. I won’t be rushing back
