A bit expensive than some café I went before but they serve with amazing toast and good decoration (I eat w my eyes too 👀) Burrate toast: AMAZING Apple n watermelon: refreshing but nothing special Service nice but a bit noisy w cooking sound since the place is open kitchen

Humm coffee roaster, equip with modbar 2 brewing modules 1 steam module, anfim sp 2, mazzer kony, and mahlkonig ek43. They roast their own coffee. Brew method available espresso, batch brew. Close to victoria cross st.

Amazing, rich and flavorful coffee! Makes me wish I had more time in North Sydney just so I could enjoy more of their coffee. The barista is talented and super friendly. I was always greeted with a smile, talked a lot about coffee in general. My go to thing was a strong cap with their single origin and I can surely state that I never had a disappointing cup!

I recently visited Humm Roaster and was impressed with their offerings. The iced vanilla latte I ordered was quite good, with a nice balance of flavors. As a former barista, I can attest that their espresso was excellent. The food at Humm Roaster is also tasty. I tried a few items on the menu and found them to be flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Humm Roaster. The drinks, especially the espresso, as well as the food quality are top-notch. I would highly recommend this cafe to others. 5 out of 5 stars.

Love the refreshing mango smoothie, they don't use the frozen ones, it's real fresh mango! Highly recommended!! Their is good. I especially like the mushroom dish which I didn't get the chance to take a photo. My bf loves their coffee too! They use special methods to make the coffee. This place is still quite new, lots of potential! I will recommend!!
