A great place to take your dog on a Sunday, for doggie high tea! Staff are very generous with attention and treats as well.
Came across this cafe in a number of social media posting and totally no regrets as I totally loved the coffee here. This review is only for the coffee and the cafe as a whole as my visit was for the coffee. Located close to Victoria Cross Metro station, not too far from North Sydney train station and on the bus route, this cafe is easy to get to. Orders are placed at the counter and a table number will be issued. Patrons can choose anywhere to sit and the order will be brought to the table. Love the coffee here as it is fragrant, rich in flavour and so smooth. It is at the right temperature and still tasted good even when the coffee was colder. Being able to enjoy the coffee in a place filled with loads of plants and quirky furniture, it is such a pleasure. The sound of the running fountain in the cafe also adds to the ambience. The whole cafe is very tastefully decorated and has a lot of personality. The music in the background is also at the right volume to complement the atmosphere. Staff were ok. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, which gives a good option for folks who may come here with their pets. One interesting section of the cafe is their retail area selling a lot of trinkets. Some can be rather quirky but definitely lots of character. Additionally, there is a toilet within the cafe and it is spacious. This is an amazing plus. This is a nice cafe with character. A place I will be always happy to come back to.
Came for the French toast. Food came in relatively short time though it was a little on the pricier side. Partner got the Big Deal which was almost $40 and the French toast was $32. Was it worth the price? Probably not portion wise. Still the atmosphere was nice.
This green oasis in the city provides a peaceful resting place from a dull city life. Nice to sit back and relax by the fountain. Friendly staff. It does get busy on the weekends.
Great spot for lunch! Warm, welcoming vibe and friendly service. Just a quick 5-minute stroll from Victoria Cross Metro Station. Loved the grilled chicken wrap, pulled pork burger, hazelnut cappuccino, and iced latte.
