My favorite place to go for walks with the pram. There’s always shade and great facilities like lifts and toilets. It’s great for a short walk with family and babies

An "attractive" area to walk and or exercise while soaking up the sun and ocean breeze, and the beautiful views!

What a great venue. I attended a hidden cellar wine event which was a perfect fit for the space. Beautiful surrounds, right on the harbour, and only a short walk from Waverton train station.

Lots of local grown fruit and vegetables. One time there's free rosemary harvested being offered. The coal loader tunnel also got renovated recently, so it is a lot more tourists friendly. It's no longer very dark and bumpy. Certainly a wheelchair or pram accessible. You'd find a lot of families going there on a weekend for a picnic . There's also a chicken coop/house to keep the children entertained 😄

A terrific stop on our day trip around the harbour area. We actually stumbled here on accident after walking through Waverton and what a beautiful place it was! There was an art exhibition being held near the entrance of the facility, however we arrived last minute so I did not take many photos. The facility itself is fantastic. Community gardens, art displays, historical monuments, small function rooms, public bathrooms, room to run around - what doesn't it have?? There really is a lot of art installations to check out all throughout the facility, so make sure to have a good walk around on all 3 main levels. There is also a level to visit the chickens! Bathrooms are pretty alright too. Overall, a wonderful community space to visit during a date, a hangout spot for friends or just for a nice escape!
