CRAZIES cafe

Terrible service by the manager at the counter. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I went to collect the order from the restaurant and as the order was not ready i did what needed to be done I pressed Order Not ready and the short manager over there got angry for it for doing the right thing. I asked her to clarify and try to talk her in English language but she was only adamant in talking in her Native language only… I don’t have any grudges against the restaurant, my review is totally on that short manager over there her terrible attitude towards me is what the owner of restaurant to look after, if she talks and behaves like this with me then god knows what she does to her customers… I am not making any false claims here, the owner can go through the CCTV cameras of the restaurant as well she didn’t talk to me or said the order was being ready or else I wouldn’t have. I went to the counter said the customer name for pickup and no reply came which made me thought the order gonna take time and as per the policy i have to press Not ready option. She is a big time liar your manager and she didn’t even bother to pack the delivery properly at all. And I never given any bad reviews to any restaurant deliberately that’s not my job. Pathetic service and liars… shame

My daughter and I had a delicious breakfast today. The food was yummy and the coffee was great. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely be going back

Really nice cafe for breakfast. Coffee was really nice. Pablo and Rusty. My offsides had eggs and said they were great. Acai bowl for me and it was delicious. Comfy and warm. Staff were very friendly too.

Best place for breakfast in Richmond NSW. We ordered smashed avo, 3 fold omelet, vegetable breakfast and some beverages. My Son does not eat meat neither eggs so at times it's challenging to find a good breakfast option for him. But He enjoyed his veggie breakfast here and the quantity was too much . Thanks for customizing our order as per our food preference. Some clicks of the dishes.

This place had been on the list for a while. The atmosphere was amazing. I love the decor and the vibes, the service was great aswell. I ordered an iced coffee, which was quite nice. Husband ordered an iced mocah, he said it was bitter and couldn't taste any chocolate. The food looked amazing and was big portioned but felt ruined by the hollandaise and the halloumi. They did not taste great at all. Then we both felt unwell afterwards, can't say if it was the food or the drinks.
