Best family pub in the region. The food is a great portion size and quality at affordable prices. Great outdoor area with booths and playground for the little ones. Good espresso martini’s is always a reliable gauge for the cocktail menu 👌

I liked the updated outdoor area at the back. Unfortunately the food tasted like it was reheated (my partner had the Sunday roast) it was not a roast it was small flat very dry pork meat. I had the schnitzel which wasn't as bad but the salad wasn't fresh. And the schnutty was hard and a bit burnt on the outside. Unfortunately we won't be eating here again.

This is a genuine local pub that welcomes everyone, including dogs on leads out the back. The staff are extremely friendly, and while the venue is a little tired, it maintains the atmosphere of a busy neighbourhood establishment. However, the food is quite plain. Portions are generous and prices reflect that, but flavour is lacking. Perhaps come for a beer and good yarn rather than a dinner date—you'll enjoy it much more.

Had lunch here on Sunday 17/8/2025. Your order at the counter and they gave you a beeper. Food came out very quick (10 minutes or less). Food were superb and really enjoyable. Will be back. Please see photos of our food. They can also accommodate our request to have the sticky date pudding to came out last.
