The staff at Chutney cafe were very helpful and considerate. As someone with a food intolerance (soy) it can be difficult to determine what items are safe for me to eat on the menu, especially breads. Some businesses get frustrated by the questions but Chutney Cafe staff were patient and polite. I am so glad I walked out of the first cafe I tried and came to them! On top of that they made me an excellent coffee and the food was delicious. 10/10 would come here again. A special thankyou to Ruby who fielded all of my questions and made me feel at home.

A brilliant cafe by all measures....great and diverse menu, beautifully and freshly prepared and served by a friendly and efficient staff. A particular high point is the sandwich menu which delivers freshly prepared old-style deli sandwiches; items sadly missing from most cafe boards of fare. Highly recommended!! We just wish we had a cafe half as good in our home base of Mudgee (a town that purports to be a "fine dining" destination, but which, unfortunately, misses the mark widely at every level). Good on you Chutney Cafe!

Every shopping centre needs a good cafe and the Richmond Mall has that with the Chutney Cafe. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way ensuring your order is just as you like it. It gets busy so plan your time. Maybe a brunch or after lunchtime. It’s like a meeting place for all the old ones. Shame it’s not twice the size.

Ordered a chunky beef pie And got a mince pie, pastry wasn't nice either. The owner said just to pay for 1 meal. It was a shame as I was looking forward to my meal.

Popped in for a quick drink stop. Coffee was well made and kids enjoyed a vanilla thick shake. Convenient for a drink or snack near the supermarket.
