–Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, section 13(1): "A dog (other than a dog being exhibited at a show or being trialled or trained for showing) that is in a public place must be under the effective control of some competent person by means of an adequate chain, cord or leash that is attached to the dog and that is being held by (or secured to) the person." Blue Mountains City Council publishes a list of 14 designated off-leash dog areas in the Blue Mountains; this venue is not on that list, so the NSW Act's leash requirement applies. My daughter and I went here in 2020. This place is quite overpriced. There is only really a square of high ropes with one zip line at the end and many of the cables above were too high for me to comfortably reach (I’m 5’5”). At one point one of the metal bits actually hit my 11-year-old daughter in the face! They also don’t tell you to park right at the end by the lake and go to the toilet beforehand as the nearest facilities are up a steep hill. Only one instructor, so a lot of waiting involved. Hopefully things have improved now 🤞🏽

We have been here in September 2018. It was very exciting and the children liked the ziplines, ropes and netting. We sure did love the new experience on our 5 day road trip!!!!
