I honestly loved my visit to The Centennial Hotel in Gulgong. The day I was there, a few of the locals started an impromptu little live music session and it was so good. Everyone just kind of gathered around, and the talent was incredible. It felt really special and added so much to the atmosphere, definitely one of those moments you don’t expect but end up loving the most. Their happy hour is also unreal. It’s actually two full hours from 5pm–7pm with $6 schooners, which is perfect if you’re coming straight from work and want to really make the most of it instead of rushing. Super generous and great timing. The food was another highlight. The portions were huge, full of flavour and really well priced. Honestly some of the best value for money I’ve seen, especially for the quality you get. For a little pub in the old town of Gulgong, it had such a great vibe. It was busy in the best way, lots of people, heaps of energy, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. It’s also dog friendly, which I loved, and they even have pet-friendly accommodation too. Such a great place with a really genuine, local feel. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the area.

The food was mind blowing. I am happy to say its the best Pasta ever had so far in New South Wales. Each dish stood out with excellence. I recommend 100% to do visit if you are near by or pass through this beautiful town. Friendly atmosphere. They almost closed thier kitchen as we reached at 3pm still they fed us on a rough summer really thankful for that.

The Cenny is an absolute gem. It is the only place in a 100km radius with good night life, always hosting events and dj’s. The food is amazing! Fresh, generous, and full of flavour, and the staff are just as impressive. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel at home. A fantastic spot all round (I also love seeing all the locals wear the hats and support a wonderful pub!)

One of the best pubs I’ve been to. Great food, awesome atmosphere, and the local. especially the staff are genuinely welcoming. The service was spot-on, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean. The bar staff were friendly, and the chef handled our dietary requests perfectly. Definitely coming back again soon

Stopped in at The Centennial Hotel in Gulgong and I was genuinely impressed. The place has that perfect mix of country charm and modern comfort, with a great atmosphere whether you’re there for a meal, a drink, or to stay the night. The food was excellent, big portions and full of flavour, and the bar had a great range of drinks. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone was having a good time. I stayed in the cottage for the night and the room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. You can tell this place is run by people who really care about what they do. Definitely one of the best country pubs I’ve been to and an easy five stars from me.
