Dogs are welcome on-leash at Town Beach Park. Under the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Dogs in Public Open Spaces Policy, dogs must be on-leash and under effective control. Dogs are prohibited on the adjacent Town Beach and must be kept at least 10 metres from children's playgrounds.

Nice beach area with a lot of parking either in the lots or nearby. The cage right at the beach is convenient. Toilets were a little dirty. Had some indoor showers, no cubicles and outdoor showers. Could do with more covered seating areas. Beautiful at night. The stars are incredible.

Beautiful place to visit. Great to swim. Lifeguards are on duty 9-5 every day. Perfect for picnics. Great for walking or running.

Lovely beach at Port Macquarie walking distance to CBD. The beach is wheelchair ♿️ accessible with great walking paths and a concrete ramp sloping to the sand and waves. The beach has a ' swim between the flags' section to ensure everyone's safety.
