Ivanhoe Hotel Manly

Newly refurbished hotel. The ambience is excellent. Special interest in the pool tables. Spaces you don’t need to yell to engage in conversations. We sat on the balcony overlooking The Corso and I ordered the Salmon which was cooked perfectly and had that wonderful crusty skin. Friends ordered Scotch fillet which was also well received. The staff are lovely. Meals arrived quickly. This is one of MANLY’S gems! Worth a visit. They have so many spaces for groups Put this on your destination.

We enjoyed an end of year function on the balcony of The Ivanhoe and had a great time. There was 20 of us and we ordered a BBQ buffet with meats and fish with a variety of salads and also had a dessert platter. Staff were attentive and welcoming. We had a bar tab. The atmosphere on the balcony overlooking The Corso was airy and gave a warm private space for us. Comments from the guests were very positive.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience recently. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made my evening exceptional was the outstanding service I received. One staff member in particular, Jessie, went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect night. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel so welcome and well cared for.

Best pub food in Manly. Can’t go wrong with the chicken wings and spaghetti bolognaise. It was a disappointment that the guy taking our lunch order didn’t put our sweet potato fries order in though. My partner said the beef salad was the best he’s had.

I have been coming to Manly for many years and have visited the Ivanhoe many times, though it had been a while since my last visit. I recently came in for lunch on my own and had a truly lovely experience. I met Jess from the events team, who was such a delightful young lady. We had a wonderful chat, and she encouraged me to try the new menu before I ordered, which I absolutely loved. Her kindness and generosity with her time made my day. I will definitely be back to book an event with my church group.
