A well appointed bar and lounge area but be prepared to pay for very expensive cocktails! A selection of small meals is available. I ordered chips (shoe string fries) with house made aioli but a jar of tomato sauce appeared instead🫤. I did receive the aioli when I asked for it. My cocktail looked very pretty and was delicious but I suggest going for cocktail hour if you want more than one. The mocktails were the same price! 🫢The lounge area is very comfortable with a gas fireplace and it seems ‘pet friendly’🐕. I enjoyed a great cappuccino there on the morning I was leaving. The young staff were very pleasant and friendly. I can’t really judge the food based on one plate of chips. The burgers looked great. 4.5⭐️
Just stopped by to have coffees in the lounge area -now 55 North bar-, just to be advised that these will no longer be served in this section, despite still being listed on the menu. Not everyone would like a cocktail/mocktail during daytime. Please revisit this decision as this was a lovely place to enjoy a coffee during the day.
Fun place to grab a drink before or after dinner. Lots of comfortable seating including a few booths. Good range of cocktails although some are quite $$$
This place is quietly becoming the best bar in manly. Marco might be the best mixologist in Australia. If the bar isn’t busy ask him for a surprise or recommendation or choose from the specials. You can also enjoy the full Cibaria menu at 55 north. If you’re visiting definitely check it out.
What a gorgeous bar. Lovely art deco styling and plenty of comfortable little nooks to sit in. Quick friendly service, plenty of spots for nice photos if you’re that way inclined. Happy hour is $15 a cocktail. Tried 3 cocktails and the spicy margarita was the best. Didn’t get to try the food but would come here again for happy hour without a doubt.
