Pearl Caves is a park in Pearl Beach. Dog access isn't confirmed, but it may be worth checking.

Dog rules

Central Coast Council's "Guide to being PAWSOME!" booklet states: "When exercising in a public place, keep your dog on a lead and under the control of a competent person." "This means when you are outside your home, including on the footpath, your dog must be on a lead — except in designated dog off-leash exercise areas." The booklet also notes that under the Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs are prohibited from schools, shopping centres, beaches (except in designated areas), food preparation areas, playgrounds and wildlife protection areas. This park is not on Central Coast Council's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies. (Source: Central Coast Council — "Guide to being PAWSOME!" Great easy hike to large rock overhang. Not really a cave but still cool.

The caves are located via the fire trail and a 2km walk up a incline. They are fairly accessible and provide a great cooling, restful location that overlooks the water and bushland. In times of rain, you could gather freshwater from there. A worthy visit and part of history.

Beautiful and reasonably easily accessible. Go just after rain to see some amazing waterfalls.

The Pearl Caves are located along the Pearl Beach Patonga Fire Trail - only metres off the trail. The caves face north over Pearl Beach. The caves are easily accessible from the trail. The caves are only accessible via foot from the fire trail. To visit the caves, you need to walk approximately 2 kms along the trail from Crystal Avenue. The walk to the caves is moderate.
