Scenic Circle Reserve is a park in Budgewoi. Dogs are generally allowed on a lead in NSW public parks unless signs say otherwise — but the rules here aren't confirmed, so check local signage before visiting.
Dog rules
–Central Coast Council's "Guide to being PAWSOME!" booklet states: "When exercising in a public place, keep your dog on a lead and under the control of a competent person." "This means when you are outside your home, including on the footpath, your dog must be on a lead — except in designated dog off-leash exercise areas." The booklet also notes that under the Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs are prohibited from schools, shopping centres, beaches (except in designated areas), food preparation areas, playgrounds and wildlife protection areas. Would be fine but there’s a nutso who lives bordering the park with horrible dogs so he comes and yells at you for being in the park and setting his dogs off.

Such a huge area and only little park they need to make use with that space and put a better park in for the kids in the neighborhood
