Coffee Guru Vincentia

We ordered a guru big breakfast and the girl repeated the order and asked how we want the eggs done which indicates that the understood the order. The girl put the order wrong and we received the wrong thing. We were then asked to pay extra for the original order in a very unpolite way. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I should not be charged for their mistakes. Never coming back.

I ordered the potato pie - it had a thin layer of minced meat at the bottom which tastedold and not-fresh. The mashed potato was bland and slightly undercooked too. Very disappointing. Latte was great though, made the way I requested. Place/decor lacks warmth and comfort. Do not recommend unless it's an emergency.

After ordering at 9am on Fathers day. My husband and I received our coffee's after 20 mins of ordering. Our coffee's were great! Unfortunately we ended up waiting 45mins for my husbands big breakfast and myself and kids had eggs benny and two kids waffles. We waited a whole hour at 10am until we received my eggs benny and kids waffles. I did see people who ordered 30mins after myself receive their eggs benny before me. I did see a young man look very worried after noticing our table hadn't received our food before others. I did ask when he brought us the food to speak with a manager. As waiting 1 hr was alittle ridiculous. My food once received wasn't very warm at all. I spoke to the owner and he's was very dismissive and only gave us a $20 refund, after I refused his offer of more coffee. Our entire order was almost $100. Unfortunately I won't be coming back for a regular coffee or food again. Service needs improvement, and time management is less than ideal. Especially because ive worked in customer service and cafe's before.

If you're in the area, you must visit this place! My partner and I were in Vincentia and decided to stop at Coffee Guru before picking up groceries for dinner. I have to say, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was quick and delicious. We will definitely be returning!

I had the special Half Avo Bennie on Turkish roll and it was delicious 😋 The creamy Hollandaise sauce had a hint of lemon and was silky smooth and the poached egg was perfectly runny and fresh The half serving was just right reducing the carbs and still filling Great fast friendly service on a busy school holiday midweek lunchtime 😀 Oh and the coffee was great too☕️
