Narrawallee Beach is a large, lively surf beach at Narrawallee with happy off-leash dogs along the sand. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the designated northern section only; the southern part from the main Matron Porter Drive access, and the Victor Avenue and Surfers Avenue steps, are dog-prohibited. The surf can be heavy, so take care. A relaxed beach with a northern off-leash zone.
Off-leash is permitted in the central section of the beach only — between the unnamed island and the Matron Porter Drive Reserve main access track — during restricted times: from 1 October to 30 April, off-leash 4pm to 8am; from 1 May to 30 September, off-leash 3pm to 10am. Dogs must be on-leash at all other times and within Matron Porter Drive Reserve and the beach access tracks. Dogs are prohibited at all times at the northern end (including Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve and Narrawallee Inlet Reserve) and the southern end.
Big Beach. Heavy surf. Lots of happy dogs and owners enjoying the leash free area. Walk along foreshore and surrounding tracks just flowing with water and mud after recent rain. Waves are right up to the dunes at high tide.
What a spot! Possibly our favourite beach around Ulladulla. Great for the kids and also has the creek close by, toilets and a park.
Beautiful beach and creek area. Great for a walk, play and explore for both kids and adults.
We entered the beach from the Inlet end, through the foreshore Walk. A beautiful beach with fine sand and clear blue waters, surrounded by healthy green plant life. A beautifully peaceful place to unwind in the sun. Or try taking a walk from one secluded end to the other end that is more closer to civilisation. Breath taking views
Such a beautiful, pristine spot. Very quiet, also at river entrance, lovely walking track. Stunning scenery.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
