Tayzies is a cafe in Mullumbimby where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
Great cafe, lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Their range of 'add ons' is the best I have seen and the miso mushrooms are a must if you visit. This is now on a very select list of our favourite breakfast places and we travel 40mins to get here. Definitely give it a try and don't let the unassuming front entrance/ car park dissuade you. The only thing that would make it even more perfect would be a wider range of sweet treats (like a made-on-site blueberry muffin etc)
Driving south from Brisbane to Sydney, we decided to stop at Tayzies for lunch. It is a few km off the M1 but the direction is still heading south...so no back tracking. We had: Morning Harvest (GF); From Land and Sea; The Benedict; Milk Bun with Halloumi, etc. All meals were amazing!!!...so fresh and delicious. The extra GF foccacia was fantastic!! Coffee also was great...small long black was delicious, strong but not bitter. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Atmosphere was lovely (bush setting and cafe within a nursery). HINT: cafe closes at 1pm...and kitchen closes at 12.30pm...suggest to arrive before 12 noon. Can't wait to go back and try the other meals.
A true hidden gem 🌿✨ This place completely stole our hearts. We tried the pea fritters and eggs benedict, paired with coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully done. The coffee was spot on too. What makes this place extra special is the setting — cozy, aesthetic garden vibes that feel calm and welcoming. It’s a perfect spot for garden lovers to wander around, soak in the greenery, and enjoy a peaceful meal. A lovely blend of great food, good coffee, and a charming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit! 💚☕🍽️
So good!!! Just made it in time before kitchen closed @12:30pm. These photos are halfway through our meal because we couldn’t wait to dig in! Had the market plate. Highly recommend. Easy to share, added an extra egg. Absolutely Delicious.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
