Cafe Calibre is doing the basics very well, which is exactly what you want from a local café. The eggs on toast were genuinely fresh, cooked properly, and served on good bread — no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Simple, well-executed food. The drinks lineup was a standout. The iced matcha was smooth and balanced, not overly sweet or watered down. The tropical juice tasted freshly made rather than pre-bottled, and the cold brew was clean, strong, and refreshing — exactly what it should be. Service was friendly, efficient, and unpretentious. Staff were switched on without hovering, and everything came out promptly. Pricing is also very reasonable for the quality, especially by Macquarie Park standards. Overall, Cafe Calibre delivers solid food, great drinks, and good value with consistent service. It’s the kind of place you’ll happily come back to without overthinking it.

Great food and good portion sizes. Coffee is good. Atmosphere is great and great service. They even turned up the heater without us asking as they could see us being cold.

I recently visited Café Calibre and absolutely enjoyed my experience! The Pesto Chicken Pasta, Pita Plate, and Shakshuka were all delicious and full of flavour. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully served. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our visit. Staff are super friendly and very accomidating , food just melts in your mouth, busy and friendly atmosphere. Love the fact when sitting side you are able too see the chefs cook your food. Well worth the visit !!
