We arrived a few minutes early and the very friendly waitress helped us by moving us to an outside table as we had our small dog in the car. Service throughout was friendly and prompt and the food arrived without delay. I had a vegetarian pizza which was excellent and a good size, ended up taking took 3 slices home, which the waitress also assisted with by offering a box.
Amazing food, really yummy authentic Italian. However we waited 20 mins for a table that we had reserved and another 20 mins for menus, food took over an hour to arrive as well. Understandably it was a really busy night but service could have been better. Again food was great with good serving size for price.
Very disappointed. The portion size was ridiculous for the price. I paid $30 for a pasta and received barely half a container. The quantity was nowhere near what you’d expect for that price, and it felt extremely poor value for money. I won’t be ordering again.
Had dinner here with my daughter. Service was lovely, fast and friendly. Food portions very generous and tasty.
This was a return visit for us as our first experience was great. We ordered the wings again since they were a highlight last time, and they didn’t disappoint. The tangy sauce was just as good as we remembered. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn’t live up to that standard. Chilli Fried Squid: The batter was very thick and oily, similar to something frozen. We ate two pieces and sent the rest back. Chilli Mango Prawns: Same issue with the heavy, oily batter. Again, we only managed a couple before returning them. Half Rack of Ribs: These tasted reheated and were cool between the bones, so we only ate half. The app-based ordering system was also confusing. Outdoor tables are not labelled, so you have to guess a table number. When we guessed wrong, staff just said they knew which was which, which wasn’t helpful. The app also automatically adds a 10 percent tip unless you remove it. I prefer to tip based on good food and service, not by default. Overall, we spent what felt like $109 for wings and two soft drinks, which felt disappointing given the quality this time. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I actually turned back after leaving to take a photo so the business could see and hopefully improve.
