Neighbours is a cafe in Long Jetty with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 600m away, Long Jetty Foreshore Reserve is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Neighbours Cafe at Long Jettty. ( This Cafe used to be Komuniti cafe, now with a revamp and new owners). At first glance, it feels like a typical street-front coffee shop: a neat selection of cakes, good coffee, and the option to grab takeaway or sit at one of the few tables out front or just inside. Pleasant enough—but that’s only the beginning. Head down a hallway and up a short flight of stairs and you discover a little oasis. The rear dining space opens up into a relaxed, South-East Asian–inspired setting, complete with a bamboo garden feel and an eclectic mix of seating. Lounges, chairs, solid tables, picnic-style tables and bench seating sit happily side by side. It’s a bit of a mix-and-match arrangement, but somehow it all works beautifully. Despite thinking it might be too warm, I was pleasantly surprised by how shaded and cool the space felt. Add to that some smooth, modern background music, polite service delivered with genuine smiles, and reasonable prices, and you’ve got a winning combination. It’s also dog-friendly—something to be aware of—but far from overwhelming. In fact, it adds a certain charm and cuteness to the atmosphere. If I had to offer a critique, it would be minor ones: in summer, chilled water would be far preferable to room-temperature house water, and the knife provided with my cheese and ham French croissant was utterly inadequate—more tearing than cutting. Still, no great drama… I’ll just go full Aussie next time and use my hands 😆 All in all, a delightful place that rewards curiosity and a willingness to look beyond the front door, but even that front doorr now improved with nice seating so you can't go wrong.
Awesome cafe in the heart of Long Jetty. Fresh, flavoursome meals, generous serving sizes and value for money prices make this an excellent choice for brekky, brunch, lunch any day of the week. The alfresco dining area is peaceful and shared long tables make Komuniti a shared experience - full of friendly faces and awesome staff. Really great cafe/yoga studio in long jetty. Great value for the amount of food! (None of us could finish our meal), also really great yummy coffee! Definitely be back
Hands down best coffee I’ve had out in a long time! Had myself an oat milk latte and it was delicious. Food was well presented and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating with us having a little one tagging along. Great time and amazing coffee
