Bit choppy surf, but great long beach for runs and splashes. Nice forest like walkway through to the beach itself, leash free area clearly signposted
Beautiful long beach with 4km dog friendly and off leash so def enough space for any dog to not have to be ontop of each other. Very beautiful and pretty quiet compare to other beaches in the area.
Great place to take your dog for a walk & play. Park up and take the gorgeous easy walk through the bush to the beach to a lovely clean beach where they can run free with plenty of room - not over crowded.
Firstly should be a beautiful day but unfortunately have a big group of fishing people so rude to me and my dogs, one guy was kicked my dog, and they were put down many fishing rod in front of us very dangerous for doggy, they also fall off many dead fishes on the dog beach, and ask back why we not control our dogs at the same times they’re eating KFC chickens, how people can fishing on the dog beach but bad manners to dog owners and doggy.
Large gorgeous off-leash beach with a great view and mostly friendly pastrons. Seems like a local spot for dog owners which is nice! Someone had set up a wooden structure when we went and there are a few seats here and there too. Only downsides were no bathrooms or bins so you gotta bring your waste back out to throw in a bin elsewhere (which is easy enough) and some owners left poop around the beach and on the path to the car parks.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
