Chris is a quality human being and on top of this, makes fantastic bacon and egg rolls!! The coffee is tasty and the conversations are always friendly & intelligent. Keep up the good work mate.

I stop in to get my caffeine fix before going to church, Chris see me walking in and he knows my caffeine fix. Its a great atmosphere, soon as I step on the path outside and inside everyone says gidday or ask how you doing. When I leave everyone says see ya later and have a good day. Greg

Come in today on New Years Day, the cafe was pretty busy and I reckon lots of people did what my husband and I did, we went out and forgot that the public holiday would impact Cafe’s and small businesses, we had originally planned to go elsewhere but after seeing they were closed we spotted Vode Cafe and noticed it was open. Our food was yum and we were happy that despite being really busy the man (I’m assuming the owner) that took our order, cooked and served our food didn’t rush the process and we had a good meal that we appreciated.

I got a aussie burger, chicken schnitzel burger, fries and a coffee. For a 1 man team and as busy as it was, the man absolutely nailed everything. Delicious food at very reasonable prices and lovely service.

Best burgers I've eaten in a long while, great polite exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this cafe
