Dog rules
Dogs must be kept on-leash and are only permitted on perimeter footpaths of public parks within the Kiama Municipal Council area. Dogs are not permitted in park interiors. Dogs are not permitted on beaches unless within a designated off-leash beach area, in Minnamurra River water areas, or in Crooked River. Dogs are not permitted within 10 metres of children's playgrounds or food preparation/consumption areas, or on active sports fields during organised sport. Fantastic little park right in the heart of Gerringong. There are a few unusual and fun parts I've not seen at other parks, and plenty of green space and benches too. There are also shops, cafes, restaurants and public toilets all within walking distance.

This is a lovely spot for a family with young children to stop and rest / play for an hour or so. The kids can run around while the parents have a coffee from one of the close-by cafes. The park area is well zoned and shielded on three sides from traffic - however there is no fence, so you do need to be on watch for the littler ones.

Great spot to let the kids run around while having a coffee from one of the close by shops. Plenty of space to run wild. The park area is well zoned and shielded on three sides from traffic. There is no fence on the highest part of the park where the playground is though. We were constantly worried and busy keeping one of our little ones to run on the road.

Great tent and van park with high quality and clean facilities. Has a good mix of permanent cabins, tent and van sites. 7 mile beach and the crooked river are both very close and were both quiet and safe environments for our young children to explore and enjoy. We recommend heading into Gerringong for any food supplies from the IGA there and there is a bottle shop around the corner too.
