What people say
Great small park. There is 3 tables under shade. There is even a tap attached to the shelter for washing hands. Play equipment for the kids. Toilets.
I was dying and I mean DYING to find a restroom today. I don't think my kidneys are ever gonna recover. The smell is unpleasant but the view is quite nice. The water pressure is so torrential, so violent, that it will kill bacteria with brute force. Most importantly you can do 1's and/or 2's here - for free! The partition wall around the toilet itself is quite low so avoid 2's if there are tall men around. The cleanliness is only as bad as you are desperate to use the restroom, and there is a sharps disposal bin if you're a junkie. I needed a public toilet and this is both of those things, five stars.
As in the name ... Riverview Park , is located next to Richmond River Riverview Park , is a simple but roomy Ballina suburban green space As if your looking for somewhere easy to go fishing or to just rest ... along this park's foreshore , are bench seating Also along the foreshore , is a small sandy beach , which looks ideal for small children Plus conveniently , for family / friends gatherings / BBQ ... there's picnic tables covered by a gazebo Next to Riverview Park ...is a small boat ramp , with very limited on street parking
I live next door and many of the ladies I know try to keep it tidy we pick up rubbish whenever we see it also pick up dog do not very often but it happens
Great in dry weather but the area does not drain well and sidewalls are under water when we've had rain in the past few days. Lovely views of the river, playground, covered picnic tables, boat ramp for small boats.
