Lovely staff, consistently excellent coffee and fast service. Option to preorder with their app Sparrow Coffee. Plenty of seating in nearby park with the river views where you can even spot dolphins if you're lucky! Recommended!

Overpriced. $6.50 for a ‘large’ which is their version of a regular. Slim cup so smaller than the usual large. Coffee not hot. felt like two sips of warm coffee and $6.50 gone. More expensive than city prices. Nowhere to sit. Do not recommend.
