What people say
I take my 13 year old dogs here for a swim, walk once or twice a week. My dogs aren't all dog friendly so they are kept on leash though.
A great spot to just whip over to take your dog for a lovely walk or swim. The water is beautiful (provided there hasn't been heavy rains upstream). Not much shade except up at the water slide/boat ramp end- but never the less, still always a worthwhile trip. Doggy Doo bags at either end of the beach, bins situated along the roadside. The closest toilets is up further at the skate park.
Really sad about this. This is my most lovely play to go, 5 stars in the past. It is very dirty these days.
