Went through the drive through and ordered a mighty cheese ciabatta with extra cheese. The cheese wasn’t even spread out on the bread and the bread wasn’t cut in half
The customer service at Ballina is absolutely excellent! We get drive thru coffee every time we're in Ballina (prob once a month) and ALL staff are always cheery and helpful and a delight. We told one of the staff today and felt we should let the owners know, just how fortunate they are to have such committed customer service in their staff.😁
They make the best coffees in town! In the passed few weeks the quality of the coffee has sky rocketed, i have a coffee machine at home but im still loving Zarraffa's. Massive variety, any coffee, frappe, thickshake you can think of they probably have it. Also i love the take away cups
