What people say
We set up our softplay and balloon backdrop at this venue, and the venue gave us plenty of space to bring everything together. Our client booked the Sorrento and Sirocco room for her bubs first birthday party. Parking was a bit tricky, but once inside, but the space of the venue is so good and spacious! The event manager we were liaising with, Mel - she was so, so very helpful and accommodating, which made the whole process smooth for set up and pack down - it wouldn't have been the same without her help so a really big thank you!! We cannot wait to be back for another set up next time 🥰
We had a truly lovely experience at The Alcott today for my brother's 60th birthday. 24 of us in total and there was no delay between delivery of meals. Food was tasty amd great variety. Staff were incredibly helpful setting up a table for the cake and then bringing it out all lit. Everyone was happy and full of praise for the bar and food staff. Thank you all so much for making a wonderful day even better!
The Alcott in Lane Cove is a great spot with an easy, relaxed atmosphere. The interior is modern, bright, and well-designed, which makes it just as good for a casual drink as it is for a sit-down meal. The staff are welcoming and efficient, and the service feels consistent. The menu is simple in a good way, with fresh ingredients and portions that don’t feel rushed or overdone. The wood-fire pizzas and salads are solid choices, and the cocktails are surprisingly well made. It’s a place you can comfortably go with friends, family, or even for a quiet weeknight dinner. Reliable, comfortable, and a nice local go-to.
I always enjoy myself when I’m here. The atmosphere is visually pleasing its fast paced as it is quite busy in the weekends. Its a great location for a quick catch up or if your organising a group gathering. Love their food selection for both adults and kids. The thought they put in each dish is quite impressive. Their plating style matches their ambiance. Always on point.
Great looking place, with a nice vibe that matched the delicious food. The menu is relatively limited so we managed to order most dishes on offer. We'll need to go back and get the ones we missed out on next time. Will eat again!
