What people say
This entrance to the "Upper Track" to Mowbray Park can be accessed from the stairs leading down to the athletics field as your traveling up Mowbray Road from Epping Road. It's located (but also accessible from) the bus Lay Down just after the athletic field entrance. Once you have travelled down the stairs leading down you will arrive at a T-intersection in the path (left leading down to the field and right and non pathed section to the entrance I'm describing). After about 50 metres or less you will arrive at the signed entrance and a little bridge. From this entry you can select a number of tracks including the river track, get to Avro RD entrance, Judy's Arm and All the other accessible locations. Enjoy.
