Sunshine or evening, it’s a beautiful place to unwind. Clean amenities and seating areas, dog-friendly lawns, kid-friendly parks. Penrith’s prized jewel.
Beautiful 'Family' park. It feels very relaxed on the shore of the river. People around here are family oriented. Amzing place, this is our 4th time now here. It has got bbq place, benches, childrens park, great walkways, its dog friendly and if you ever feels hungry, just cross the road and you have amazing variety of various type of foods, aussie, indian, chinese and what not. People do fishing here. They do boating here. I would love to come here again and again. Dont mind travelling 50km for the same. Its a Happy Place.
It was a good playground and park for all ages. Pave walking track, clean toilets, amazing kids playground. Picnic and bbq with council electric fire. Enjoy river cruise with meals (but need to book) very popular.
We launched our kayaks here 15 years ago & kayaked on the beautiful nepean river. We saw a religious ceremony as we passed by ,met a group of school kids kayaking & went as far as the gorge on their leaders recommendation 👍what a memorable day 💙
Tench Reserve is a hidden gem! Beautiful riverside views, well-maintained walking paths, and plenty of space for picnics and family activities. The playground is fantastic for kids, and there are great spots for fishing or relaxing by the water. Perfect for a peaceful day out. Highly recommend!
