We sat down for lunch at 2 pm, but nobody started eating until 3 pm. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be taken and around 40 minutes for the food to arrive. The coffees and teas came after about 10 minutes, with the cold drinks arriving roughly 5 minutes later. The food was very nice, and everyone enjoyed their coffees, teas, milkshakes, and other drinks. The service was friendly, and both the hot and cold drinks arrived in a reasonable time. We sat outside at the front, which is a lovely spot. All the tables were full, and the indoor and side outdoor seating areas also had plenty of space. Luckily, we weren’t in a rush! ⸻ Would you like me to make it sound a bit more formal (for something like TripAdvisor or Google Reviews) or keep it casual and conversational?

Dined in 4.9.25 with a friend for brunch 11:00. I ordered the smashed avo with scrambled eggs and bacon. One thing I found irritating is WTH would you drizzle balsamic vinegar on the plate and not on the food? The plate is not edible! I very much dislike cafes/restaurants that focus on presentation rather than the quality of food taste. I care not for presentation, but I would like to feel good about what I am eating by the reaction of my taste buds, ie. A foodgasm! Also, very stingy with the garnished herbs. Herbs are essential for quality taste! But I understand you need to balance portions/costs and maximise revenue. If your business cares more for presentation, you are doing it wrong. One positive I liked was the nice service from staff - kind and friendly, but it's not enough to make me want to come back.

8.9.2025 Brunch 2 people. I would rate coffee club as an upmarket coffee shop. Staff good and polite but nothing to rate outstanding from others. Order was not correct but I did not challenge this and ate as served. I did find the meal less than warm compared to most but food was tasty. Value for money was average. Time of attendance was not busy so was quiet and good atmosphere. Overall I would rate them as average to above average on places to eat. Above most coffee shops but not competitive food or price wise with some restaurants. Overall rating good. Would go again occasionally

The food was just average, I’d rate it a 3/5. The burger and fries were decent but nothing particularly memorable in terms of flavor or presentation. The fries were crispy enough, but the seasoning was quite minimal, and the burger tasted fairly standard without any standout elements. The café itself has a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice spot to sit and relax by the river. However, the service could be improved, as the staff seemed a bit distant and not particularly friendly, which slightly affected the overall dining experience.

Average food. You are paying $22 for a pizza you expect it to be on the larger side of pizzas but it is tiny, and it is on the to share menu? Eggs on toast we good but the grilled tomato was still raw and hard to chew. The food quality has gone down from what it use to be.
