Dog rules

All Council reserves that are not off-lead or prohibited are dog on-lead areas. Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person by means of an adequate chain or leash at all times. You are not permitted to walk more than 4 dogs at any one time. Dog owners must remove all dog faeces — fines of $275 apply. Very clean and maintained picnic location with a great vantage point looking out over Fingal Bay and the Pacific Ocean. You’ll find car parking 30 metres away, toilets and a shower close by to.

Definitely worth visiting for all ages. Picnic area with toilet and BBQ overlooking a beautiful view. Very versatile with a variety of bush walks ranging from short easy walks to longer treks stretching 5kms. Will definitely be back to explore the other tracks.

Unintentional Awesome trail walk which was just as challenging as it was rewarding. Strongly suggest going on a cool day as there is limited shade and even on a cloudy day, it burns! Sign said 2km to boulders bay... however by the time I popped out on boulders road, it was well over 3kms. Mixed terrains and breath taking views :)

Hidden gem alert! Just a short wander from Fingal Beach and boom — you’re at Barry Park, where the views are chef’s kiss and the vibe is pure magic. There’s a fab little picnic area, but the real treat is the lookout — perfect for spotting dolphins, whales, or just staring dramatically into the sea like you’re in a movie. 🐬🎬 Take the sneaky path to the left before you enter the park, then the first steps right — it leads down to a rocky area with a sacred cairn. I left a shell, had a quiet moment, and told the universe how grateful I was to be exactly there. Highly recommend a little soul chat with the sea. Peaceful, powerful, and pretty much perfect. 💙

Awesome experience for children 6+. Took mine for a challenging stroll - came back 2 hours later because they wanted to stay even more. Make sure you have footwear, unless you want to have nice foot massage/ peeling.
