Lovely wide open space amongst the urban sprawl. There are various sports facilities and some public amenities. This is one of those parks poorly suited to regular sports: not enough parking, no shade, no food, not child friendly etc, regardless the grounds are being ruined in soccer season. It is however a great space to get some sunshine, observe local birds, walk dogs (on leash), get some steps in on even ground and see lots of friendly faces.

A nice open space which has a croquet club with lawns and tennis courts. There is street parking on Lorne Avenue and s short walk to the entrance of the park. This is a good spot to walk the dog and play.

Its is my local park and its a short walk from my place. Its very nice to have the dogs free, kick a ball, walk or run. Parking can be a pain for those who drive. Mostly the soccer parents. I like going there.

Big park but poor facilities maintenance

I'm sure that an average penitentiary would be ashamed to have this park as a garden, by far the ugliest in Sydney, a city full of gorgeous parks! It is alongside the Pacific Highway for some fresh air and relaxation sounds, oh and ps, the grass is so badly maintained that it is hard to differentiate grass from weed.
