What people say
Wonderful park for little kids. Lots of natural play opportunities too. BBQ facilities and under cover shelter. Somewhat fenced. Bubbler and dog water available. Plenty of shade and easy access for those with low mobility. Plenty of street parking nearby. Only down side is the toilets are at the sporting club house on the other side of the oval and may or may not be open. Dogs permitted but not within 10m of the playground.
Great cricket nets and cricket ground. The nets have inbuilt metal stumps. There are 5 nets in total but 3 in one location and 2 in the other. There is a parking lot.
I frequently walk my dog here, and frequently see it as a hotspot for young adults late at night! Seems like the local 'play' joint when people want privacy, or none it seems!
Home of Saints Rugby - St Ives Junior Rugby Club and the Northern Saints! Great community clubs and great facilities.
