Kellyville Memorial Park Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Kellyville.
Under the Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be on-leash at all times in all parks and public places. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's playground equipment and food preparation areas, from active sports fields during organised sport, public bathing areas, school grounds, and child care centres. Dog faeces must be removed immediately. (Source: The Hills Shire Council — Stay out of the Doghouse, thehills.nsw.gov.au.)
Great place to go with the children and have a play around. There's parking and shops nearby for grabbing a quick bite, or even to have a picnic in the park. Schools use the park too for sporting events. Would be nice to take the dog for a walk, even relax by yourself with a book.

A vastly improved reserve off Memorial Avenue or Fairway Drive. Now the home of the Parramatta Eels training facilities with 4 NRL fields and other sporting codes. Ample sealed parking off Fairway Drive or unsealed off Memorial.
Completely decrepit. Abandoned tennis courts and facilities. Unpaved and dangerous car park. Low cars beware.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
