Ordered breakfast at 10.45am, it's now 11.32am and still no food, last time it was raw pizza dough If I could leave no stars I would have

We were there for breakfast this morning and we waited 45min to get our breakfast. There were only 3 tables including us at 8.30am. When we checked they only told us it's coming but didn't indicate how long it would take. Unpleasant experience and won't go back again!
