Sitting out here on the veranda overlooking lake with a bowl of beautiful chips cooked beautifully thank you
I waited an unreasonably long time to be served despite staff being present. When I finally reached the counter, I was told to hurry up because food was “burning” which frankly is not my problem and incredibly unprofessional to put on a customer. To make matters worse, the staff member then referred to me as “princess” in a condescending manner. This was rude, patronising, and completely inappropriate. Customer service was poor from start to finish. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this cafe.
The staff were so friendly that they made us feel like home. My kids were so happy to meet them. And they gave us few ideas to see the lookouts nearby. Really nice people plus food. Thx for your hospitality.
The owner is intolerant and does not want paying customers to use the space to do a few things on the laptop. Even though I was not bothering anyone around. None the less Coffee is great and the ambience is nice.
