Lovely meal, fast service even with a huge line. My daughter wanted to leave this message for the chefs - "amazing ♡" she had the spicy chicken burger 🍔 Please pass our compliments to the kitchen + wait staff that were working 31/1/26 > 1830.

Steff/Steph (the tall, short-haired staff member who floats between the pokies bar and the cashier) is a serious problem. Openly disgruntled, visibly miserable, and clearly resentful of both customers and their job. Every interaction feels like you’re interrupting their bad day — and they make sure you feel it! Customer service is clearly not for them. Snapping, dismissive body language, and venting personal frustration onto paying customers is completely unacceptable. If you’re that unhappy with life and work, don’t take it out on the people keeping the place in business! PS: Why does no one wear name tags here? Is this deliberate — a convenient way to shield poor behaviour from direct accountability and customer feedback?

If overcooked veggies and rude service were on the menu, the out bloke behind the bar nailed it! 🥕🥦 The veggies were cooked so long they probably have PTSD, the chicken was battling the sauce for survival, and the bloke behind the bar looked like smiling cost extra. The best part of the meal was leaving!

It’s just a great local club. The food is thoroughly enjoyable, the staff are friendly and members prices are fantastic. My steak was cooked exactly right.
