The food at OliverBrown Oran Park is fresh and flavorful, but it requires more attention to presentation. The staff are attentive and friendly. The parking is convenient, the location is accessible, and the atmosphere is cozy, making it perfect for families.

Always such a lovely experience when we come here. The food is wonderful and always comes quickly! It’s one of my favourite breakkie spots b

Should not be open if there isn’t enough staff available for the day on a public holiday. waiting an hour and 20 minutes for simple eggs and toast is ridiculous. I do not put that issue onto the staff but whoever manager thought it would be a good idea to open on a day like this with so few staff *EDIT RESPONSE TO OWNER. Being open on a public holiday is a business choice, not a charitable act. Customers aren't required to be "thankful" for an hour and 20 minute wait for scrambled eggs on toast. I am simply commenting on the outcome of your poor business decision. Cheers.

WORST FOOD/RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TO. The service from a person called Rita is so appalling that the management should get rid of her immediately. Probably the rudest service I e ever experienced anywhere. The food was terrible we ordered crapes that got served frozen and she tried to tell as she cooked them fresh then she changed her story said she microwaved them then. The churros were not cooked properly and there was melted dough coming out. The coffee should not be called a coffee as it tastes nothing like a coffee. I have nothing but the worst to say for this restaurant and honestly someone should do an health and safety inspection as all our cutlery was proper dirty like itnwasnt even washed at all. I will be calling for this to happen. Disgusting.

As a first time customer with my family to the Oran Park store of Oliver Brown, I had the worst and most shocking ever experience in a cafe. My husband and I ordered coffee, churros and a crepe. The coffee was horrible, the crepe was freezing cold and very unappealing and unappetising to eat. We left all the food we ordered and payed for on the table before walking out and leaving the cafe. Even my 7 year old son spat out the churros and expressed how horrible it tasted. The food quality in this restaurant is so poor. I don't understand how a business of such a low standard is actually running. The floors are filthy and the cutlery is unwashed and unhygienic. Most of all i want to express we experienced the worst level of customer service. The manager was the most hostile, passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional person i have ever come across in any restaurant. She had no level of customer service as the apparent manager of the store. She said her name was Rita. A whole situation arose when my husband and I expressed we did not like the crepe and how we felt it was cold, poor quality food and we did not want to eat it. We kindly asked for a refund. She wasnt happy about this and lent over our table with her hands and tried to justify the food. Instead of showing understanding and professionalism towards the customer. She also stormed away and said out loud how rude we were.I was not going to accept that statement or treatment from anyone on an outing with my family. The manager Rita is unstable, incapable, rude and unprofessional to be running any kind of business. After this, I approached her front counter in a calm and civil manner asking her why she would call us rude and storm off after we had kindly and simply asked for a refund. She spoke over me and got very aggressive and loud and clapped in my face telling me to go away and that she was very busy. I told her she was not busy and that it was not the right way to be handling the situation and that we had never experienced anything like it in a retail environment. I also told her that I would be taking the matter further and speaking with the head of management. On a final note, being pregnant also, this experience has put me in a state of distress. I hope someone in the company sees my review and deals with this staff member accordingly. Do not recommend Oliver Brown Oran Park to anyone.
