Currans Hill Park is a dog-friendly park where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find toilets nearby.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public places except in designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. The maximum number of dogs that may be under one person's effective control is four. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment, food preparation/consumption areas, public swimming pools, schools, kindergartens, sports grounds during organised activities, and wildlife protection areas. Great playground with toilets and is also fenced for peace of mind. Only 1 sheltered table/sitting space available
I wouldn't call it a park or a playground for children. The equipment is not for children. Maybe for teenagers. It's the place to go get high and nothing else. It was a HUGE disappointment. My kids were only able to climb on the web and couldn't really play with anything else. It's a bare and boring hill. I wouldn't even walk my dog there. Especially after finding broken glass bottles about. No thank you. We will not be returning. Not for kids or families.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
