Harrington Lake Walk is a natural dog-friendly park in Harrington Park where dogs are welcome on lead.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public places except in designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. The maximum number of dogs that may be under one person's effective control is four. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment, food preparation/consumption areas, public swimming pools, schools, kindergartens, sports grounds during organised activities, and wildlife protection areas. Visiting nature is always one of the best things to do every once in a while and Harrington Lake is the ideal place. Located near Narellan Town Centre, this lake was quiet and empty which offered a personal paradise for anybody seeking away from their bustling and busy lives. The place is well kept, clean and features a lot of different species of birds. I enjoyed having a nice afternoon at this lake while birdspotting.
Definitely Wheelchair friendly accessible. Wide clear clean paths that are a pleasure to navigate. Abundant birdlife. A quiet oasis. Birds
This is a great location to take the family, the lake walk has beautiful views and the path is well suited for bikes, scooters and rollerblades of all abilities. Lots of wildlife around and several playgrounds to stop and play at along the journey around the lake.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
