Currawong Park is a well-equipped local park at Gregory Hills with open grass, a playground, BBQ facilities and a weather shelter. Dogs are welcome on-leash, with bag stations, toilets and parking on hand, and up to four dogs per person. It is an easy, comfortable spot for a relaxed walk close to home. A pleasant on-leash neighbourhood park.

Dog rules

Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public places except in designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. The maximum number of dogs that may be under one person's effective control is four. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment, food preparation/consumption areas, public swimming pools, schools, kindergartens, sports grounds during organised activities, and wildlife protection areas. Great park with lots of seating and bbqs. Toilets available and street parking on both sides of the park. Playground more suited for older kids though, my 1 yr old could not do much there besides the slide and swing. All in all though would go back, well looked after

Nice little park, equipment is well look after, toilets are working. Plenty of room for picnics. Real nice park.

Lovely green space for everyone! We normally go there to do some exercise with a group of mums, nice big green grass to run and have fun. Big covered area to have some shade on a sunny day, water dispenser and toilets make this park a great place to spend sometime with kids and adults.

Had a 4 year old birthday party there. Great for this purpose. The only issue was there are lots of bindii around so shoes essential!
