I ordered my takeaway coffees, had a short wait and received my coffees with a happy message on the cup and a great tasting coffee. It made my morning 🥰

Ordered an egg and bacon roll that was on display. Please tell me why its got chicken in it but no egg. Tried to call but there was no answer. Legit the most feral toasted sandwich I've ever eaten. Pic for reference

Here’s a clearer version of your review: Staff were unprofessional. Three staff members were working but spent their time standing around, chatting, and laughing. The coffee took more than 15 minutes to prepare even though the store was practically empty.

Very dirty... At 8am in the morning i would expect to the table , lounge and floor wood have been cleaned the night before . Tables dirty, crumbs over every lounge and dirty floor. Very unkeeped ... nice staff Very friendly, nice coffee.

Gloria Jeans Mt Annan has definitely improved since the last time i was here ! I got to meet the new owner Linh and new staff they’re all super friendly ! Providing great quality coffee and foods definitely recommend ! My new go to spot ,, don’t forget to try the chillers :)
